Yep. Confusing as it's actually a Media Manager patch but served up by STProxy by default. Be mindful when using the Media Manager patch. I ran into a few problems which I detailed in http://collaborationben.com/2014/10/20/system-version-is-null-on-new-ibm-sametime-video-manager-installation/ I also had the same issue when updating a previous version of the VMGR and had to apply the same fix. You may also need to log into the DMA and set the permissions for the local admin user.
