If it installed OK then the problem could be that your virtual host has changed back to default_host, this happens each time a fix is applied.
You should look to make a note of your ports and virtual hosts before applying the patch and always use the latest version from Fix Central.
Did you see errors in the SystemOut.log relating to virtual hosts? If so then it's probably the change to default_host that is at fault.
Also, be careful when restoring the servers. As the config is store on the deployment manager (SSC) then you could get into a situation where the application version on the SSC is newer than the version on the restored Meeting server node.
