Some of our Sametime embedded client 8.5.2 users are not able to see the message that is sent to them. The window will flash but the message area is blank. We noticed that when this issue happens, there are background tasks "CreateHTMLJob" notes it trying to complete. Restarting the client solves the issue, but it happens again after few hours of usage.
