There is one recent draft technote for the same reported error reason AIDSC1352E: Unable to access the IBM® Sametime® System Console Database
You need to change the password the DB2 Alias:
Open the Sametime System Console:
And go to - Resources - JDBC - Datasources.
You will see a list of data sources, as we are dealing with the Sametime System Console we are only concerned with:
Click on this and then you will see the next screen, then click on JAAS - J2C authentication data (under Related Items)
We are only concerned with the stConsole Alias for this issue and need to change the password for this to the right value:
Once all is saved you will need to follow these steps in order:
- restart the Node Agent for the Sametime System Console.
- Once the Node agent has restarted, restart the IBM® Sametime System Console (ISC) Application Server.
- Then go back to the Sametime System Console section on the ISC and select wither Connect to DB2 Database or Connect to LDAP Servers
And the errors should be gone.
