The following issue started occurring when I got my new work laptop with windows 7.
When I send an emoticon it displays fine.
When I send a 'screen capture' the person receives it however, it doesn't display on my chat window (only an icon displays)
When I receive an emoticon it doesn't display
When I receive an 'screen capture' it doesn't display
I have to right click and 'open with'
All the emoticons display perfectly in the palette (sample screen and preview screen)
Any help much appreciated. Nobody else in company (that I know of) is experiencing this issue. We all use the same version of notes and sametime.
