Hi. This is quite a lengthy thing to do. You need to ensure a number of things and they are all in the knowledge center and is a case of going through things checking you have completed the configuration properly.
Your ports are opened and you have the SIP Proxy Registrar listening on it but is the client pointing to the correct address and port? This is detailed in stavconfig.xml
This is updated via the UI and you need to run through things to make sure you have configured everything correctly.
This forum is difficult to work through all the steps so I'd really suggest you raise a PMR. If you cannot then you need to provide screen shots and the steps you have taken otherwise we can only tell you what is written in the knowledge center.
