We use SameTime 8.5.1 and randomly during the day the status of all users will change to "?" after about 3-4 minutes it will revert back to showing the correct status symbols. While the status is showing "?" we are unable to send any IM's to users. any ideas what could be causing this? This is not just affecting 1 users installation/configuration it affects all users at the same time.
