Hello!
I have two Sametime servers that are bridged (one commuity).
The old server is Sametime 8.5.1 and the new one is Sametime 8.5.2IFR1.
What happens is that quite frequently users on the new server is invisible. On the old server there is maybe 25 users and on the new it is 5. And at least one user is always invisible on the new server. Restart of server usually helps but not always.
I have gone through the vpuserinfo on the new server and deleted any kind of privacy.
Any ideas are welcome!
Update:
It turns out that users who switch from old server to the new one is invisible until old server is restarted.
