These are the steps for the debug enablement if that helps --
Please follow the below instructions to enable logs and traces on SSC
1. Login to WAS ISC for SSC
2. Go to Troubleshooting -> Logs and Trace -> STConsoleServer -> Change log level details -> Runtime. Enable the checkbox "Save runtime changes to configuration as well" and change log level details to "*=info: com.ibm.sametime.*=all"
3. When prompted, click on "Save" link to save the changes into master repository.
4. Go to Troubleshooting -> Logs and Trace -> dmgr -> Change log level details -> Runtime. Enable the checkbox "Save runtime changes to configuration as well" and change log level details to "*=info: com.ibm.sametime.*=all"
5. When prompted, click on "Save" link to save the changes into master repository.
6. Restart SSC Server, node and Dmgr for changes to reflect.
7. Regenerate the issue and checkt the logs folders
<was_location>\AppServer\profiles\STSCAppProfile\logs
and
<was_location>\AppServer\profiles\STSCDMgrProfile\logs
