I was hosting a LotusLive meeting with my account, and then I set one of the attendees as the "Presenter" of the meeting. After we were done, I closed my browser window to leave the meeting.
A few minutes later I wanted to go back into my conference, but I am now locked out of it. I get the following error when I enter the meeting:
Unable to log in
The login credentials that you provided are already in use. Log out from all other conferences and try again. If the problem persists, contact customer support.
I've logged out and logged back in again, but can't get into my conference. Is it possible that this is because the other person was set as the Presenter? Is this reproduceable? How do I gain back control of my conference?
