Hi - I was hosting a call with Lotus Live today for about 30 clients and IBMers, and I get unexpectedly disconnected from the web conference for some unknown reason. This happened while I was presenting, after two unsuccessful attempts to pass presenter rights and one successful attempt to pass presenter rights. I was using FireFox. I rec'd the message: an internal server error has occurred. Error Ref 9120. Thanks for any guidance - I am concerned my customers will stop attending my meetings due to these ongoing problems.
I tried again today with another internal server error. Here is the debug output:
