For Google Talk, include all the IP addresses resolvable from a DNS lookup of talky.l.google.com and talkz.l.google.com. The talky.l.google.com addresses are for connections that are outbound from the enterprise to Google, while the talkz.l.google.com addresses are for connections that are inbound from Google to the enterprise.
IP addresses associated with talky.l.google.com and talkz.l.google.com
change occasionally. Work with your network administrator to actively
monitor DNS and update the firewall rules to accommodate new IP
addresses.

Several customers have recently reported an issue with Yahoo users not receiving messages sent by the Sametime user. The issue does not impact awareness and only effects intermittent instant message loss.
At this time we have an outstanding ticket with Yahoo Support to look into this issue. There is no ETA available at this point.
