In Survivability Mode, a subset of the CDR (Call Detail Record) is stored in the RG8700.
When normal operation is restored, the craft person or call accounting device must manually retrieve/poll the call records from the RG8700 for collating them with the Lotus Sametime Unified Voice call records. In Survivability Mode, call records are stored in non-volatile memory in the RG8700. However, the storage is generally done in a circular fashion meaning that it is important to have a procedure for pulling off stored data else it will eventually be overwritten.
