The Lotus Sametime Unified Telephony-based CFSIE-DND (Call Forwarding System-Internal/External - Do Not Disturb) feature provides administrators the capability to redirect calls received while the caller has Lotus Sametime Unified Telephony-based DND active. Different forwarding targets can be specified for internal calls and external calls.
When a caller dials the DN of a station that has DND and CFSIE-DND active, Lotus Sametime Unified Telephony forwards the caller to the predetermined forwarding target.
In order to get CFSIE-DND to work, the system administrator has to set the RTP (Resilient Telco Platform) system parameter Srx/Main/CFSIECompatibility to True. This is the default value.
If this parameter is set to False, calls received are directed to intercept treatment, rather than forwarded.
