For Lotus Sametime Unified Telephony , Continuous Tracing is handled via the RTT Trace Management GUI installed in the TM server. Once Continuous Tracing is enabled, the RTT trace files are generated in a local directory on the Telephony Control Server (/software/RTT/
) and then transferred to the TM server via FTP for processing and analysis.

The RTT tracing is controlled by a set of PrttReader RTP parameters. The configuration is recommended for the RTT integration with TM. Most parameters are set to the default values.
