To activate tracing integration, at least one system needs to be configured in the server. The Trace Management Portal allows you to create TM systems/nodes.
Working with a Telephony Control Server Cluster Configuration
If your Telephony Control Server configuration is a dual node (duplex/cluster) system, please note that both nodes in the cluster are identified by a single TM "system name" (i.e.:SYS1).
Therefore, you will need to use this “system name” to analyze the traces from your cluster.
All trace files from both Telephony Control Server nodes will be transferred to the same TM system folder under the <SystemDrive>:\tracedata\<system-name>

The TM server can be accessed remotely through its web URL or administrators can launch Lotus Sametime Unified Telephony - Trace Management Portal (FADE) locally by click the “FADE” icon on the server's desktop.
