Default user-profiles are automatically created upon the system setup. Default profiles are indicated with the
icon in the Common Management Portal profile list and can neither be deleted nor modified. Which default profiles are altogether available in the Common Management Portal depends on the Lotus Sametime Unified Telephony components installed with the system.
Each default user-profile is assigned to a specific application. This application determines which type of access privileges the default user-profile contains. If a default-user profile is e.g. assigned to the Lotus Sametime Unified Telephony application, it controls the access privileges for the features of the Common Management Portal – for example for the profile or domain administration. For which applications default user-profiles are available depends on the Lotus Sametime Unified Telephony components installed with the system.
In the Common Management Portal, default user-profiles may be available for the following applications.
Parent topic: User-Profile Management
