Answer Seizure Ratio
This is the number of answered calls divided by the total number of calls attempted multiplied by 100 A total of zero calls is also shown as an Answered Seizure Ration of zero.
A Lower Answered Seizure Ratio number could be due to:
Not answered by the called part
Answered Seizure Ratio = 100* Σ SIP_Answered / Σ SIP_Invites
Ineffective Call Attempt
This is the sum of Abandoned and Errored calls divided by the total number of calls attempted multiplied by 100.
Ineffective Call Attempt = 100* Σ (SIP_Abandoned + SIP_ErroredCalls) / Σ SIP_Invites
SIP_Invites: A dialed call
SIP_Abandoned: Calls abandoned by A party before ringing.
SIP_ErroredCalls: Calls refused for any reason. Expressed as a percentage (%) summed over a minute interval (15 minutes)
Ineffective Machine Attempt
This is total of number of Errored calls divided by total number of calls attempted.
Ineffective Machine Attempt = 100* Σ SIP_ErroredCalls / Σ SIP_Invites
What to look for:
Low Answer Seizure Ratio that can't be explained by no calls at all in the shown 15 minutes or by B-Party not answeringParent topic: Types of Graphs
