This graph displays the total number of calls received during a 15 minutes time interval.
It shows lines for:
Calls that were answered by the B-party or the party forwarded to or by voicemail (connected calls), in general calls that resulted in a stable voice connection.
Calls that did not reach a voice connection, mainly calls that were cancelled by the originating party because the terminating party did not answer. In most cases these calls reach the ringing state.
Message flows that resulted in error (the request was not completed correctly). For non-call cases (register, subscribe and notify) it usually indicates a configuration error.
For these call cases it is not necessarily an indication of a failed call. The error may have happened during the termination of the call (the call was answered correctly, but failed to disconnect correctly).
Calls that have just started and they are in the initial phases of call establishment. This is usually a temporary status. The status will be updated to one of the above (answered, error, abandoned, etc.) once more messages for the call are received and processed.
This is sum of all calls in the systems during a 15 minutes time interval. It is the sum of all processed half calls (call legs) divided by 2. Due to the used calculating algorithms the 'Total' number is not necessarily the sum of the other numbers.
System Specific Information
The "Total" line represents the overall count of all the call resolution types.
The x-axis, Time Interval, indicates the time when the call occurred.
The y-axis is the count of how many calls had the same resolution type.
