This procedure describes how to change the Branch Office of one or more endpoints at the subscriber level.
Adequate administrative permissions

- Log on to the CMP and activate the Telephony Control Server tab.
- Activate the Business Group tab.
- Select the Business Group from the dropdown list.
- Navigate to Members -> Endpoints
The Endpoints dialog is shown with all available endpoints related to the selected business group.
- Select one or more Endpoints from the list and click Change Branch Office.
The Select Branch Office dialog opens.
- Select a Branch Office from the list and click OK.
- Click Save.
