There are some predefined queries that can be used to retrieve data, or you can create your own query and save it as a personal query (My Query).
Adequate administrative permissions
Login to Trace Management Portal (FADE) was successful.
Parent topic: Filtering Trace Data
- Navigate to Telephony Control Server -> Advance Query -> New Query.
- Enter the query.
- Click Insert.
- Enter the values in all the blanks:
Query Name (Caption)
Enter the Query Name that you want it to be called.
Query Type (Type)
Enter the Query Type:
AB Filter by Date and DNA, DNB
A Filter by Date and DNA
B Filter by Date and DNB
D Filter by Date only
C or No Filter
Field to use for data and DN (Replace)
This is a Substitution field.
Format: Field, NewFile|Field2,NewField2
E.G Date, "trap.rtp _beg_time|DNA,CallAssociations.DNA
'Date' string is replaced with 'trap.rtp_beg_time'
'DNA' field is replaced with 'CallAssociations. DNA' in the SQL query
The '|' is used to separate multiple replace statements.
Enter the WHERE clause here
Omit the WHERE statement.
Enter the ORDER BY clause here
Omit the ORDER BY statement.
You can move the cursor over the field to get some help on the format of the entry.
- Click Save.
