Adequate administrative permissions
Parent topic: Job Handling
- Navigate to Telephony Control Server -> General -> Telephony Control Server Assistant Settings -> Job Handling.
The Job Handling dialog opens.
- Click Add.
The Job ID dialog opens.
- In the field Job Id, enter the new Job ID. This field is mandatory.
- In the field Description, you may enter a job description (optional).
- In the fields Scheduled Date and Scheduled Time, select the date an time when this job shall be completed.
Format of Scheduled Date: dd/mm/yy
Format of Scheduled Time: hh:mm:ss
- From Status dropdown list, select the status you want to assign to your job. The following status conditions can be assigned to a job:
