- Navigate to Telephony Control Server -> Administration -> Call Admission Control Management.
- Select a CAC (Call Admission Control) Group in the List CAC Groups dialog.
- Click Delete to remove the selected CAC Group.
If there are CAC policies assigned to this CAC group, the user is informed and asked for confirmation of deletion. If the user confirms, the CAC policy(ies) assigned to this CAC group are deleted as well.
