The advanced Search functionality allows you to search by Job ID, User ID, and Job Status, and to also use Time and Date filters in your search.
Adequate administrative permissions

- Navigate to Telephony Control Server -> General -> Telephony Control Server Assistant Settings -> Job Handling .
- In order to filter for some specific Job ID, the following settings are possible:
Search a Job ID by Filter Type. Available filter types are:
- Job ID
- User ID
- Job Status
The Search field allows you to manually enter a search string.
Select the desired start time here. To use the Date filters you need to enable the Use Date Filters checkbox first.
Select the desired end time here. To use the Date filters you need to enable the Use Date Filters checkbox first.
Use Date Filters:
Enable the Use Date Filters checkbox to be able to use the Date filters.
Elements Per Page:
The Elements Per Page combo box allows you to specify the number of elements per page to be displayed.
