The Keyset Operation
area enables you to specify the amount of time that a call will ring once the Manual Hold Timer period expires and the call is automatically recalled to the line on which it was put on hold. These values apply to all BGLs (Business Group Lines) in the BG (Business Group).
There is at least one BG.
Keyset Operation is configured for the BG.

- Navigate to Telephony Control Server -> Business Group -> Business Group List -> Business Groups.
The List Business Groups dialog opens, displaying the list of available BGs.
- In the List Business Group dialog, select the BG you want to modify from the list by activating the checkbox in the Business Group column and click Edit.
The Edit Business Group dialog opens.
- Navigate to the Options tab.
- In the Keyset Operation area, enter:
the Recall Ring Timer value. It determines the amount of time in seconds the call rings. The amount must be in the range of 5 to 3600 seconds. The default is 18 seconds. This field is mandatory.
the Line Reservation Timer value. It determines the amount of time in seconds that a line can be reserved. This value can be from 10 to 300 seconds. The default is 120 seconds. This field is mandatory.
In case empty values are entered in the fields mentioned above, the Keyset Operation options will be saved with the default values.
- Click Save.
