The subscriber can specify whether the Lotus Sametime Unified Telephony Assistant reroutes SIP EPs (Endpoints) based on their Subscriber Profile.
The Enable Rerouting
checkbox on the General
tab of the Destination
dialog can only be enabled when creating a new destination. When editing an existing destination, this checkbox is grayed out and cannot be enabled.

- Globally enable rerouting by checking the Enable Rerouting for SIP Endpoints Voice and /or Enable Rerouting for SIP Subscribers on the PAC Rerouting tab, via Telephony Control Server -> Administration -> Signaling Management -> SIP -> PAC Rerouting.
- On the BG (Business Group) level, in order to enable rerouting for endpoints under a destination, navigate to Telephony Control Server -> Business Group -> Destinations and Routes -> Destinations -> Add -> General and activate the Enable Rerouting checkbox.
