Adequate administrative permissions

- Login to Trace Management Portal (FADE).
- Navigate to Administration -> Manage Users.
- Select the user to reset password from list.
- Click on Reset Password link in front of the User ID to be reset.
- Enter the new Password.
The password must be at least 8 characters and must contain a combination of [A-Z], lowercase[a-z], numeric[0-9], and special charters (!@#$%^&*()
- Retype password.
- Click Save.
