To create an own query from scratch is possible however it is recommended to use an existing Advanced Query, modify them and save them as Personal Query.
Adequate administrative permissions
Login to Trace Management Portal (FADE) was successful
SQL Syntax knowledge is required
Parent topic: Filtering Trace Data
- Navigate to Telephony Control Server -> Advance Query -> Set Filter.
- Click Save Query located below Set Filter.
- Fill in all the blanks in order to save it as a Personal Query:
- Click Save.
