A "system" is the name given to identify a TM Telephony Control Server system interface (i.e. cluster or simplex Telephony Control Server system). The system name gives access to the trace data processed for its related Lotus Sametime Unified Telephony system, RG8700 gateway, Branch and Phone QoS data.
Adequate administrative permissions
Login to Trace Management Portal (FADE).
Parent topic: General User Tasks for Trace Management
- Click on the drop down box on the Left Hand corner.
- Select a system name from the list.
Lotus Sametime Unified Telephony-Trace Management Portal (FADE) provides access to all of the systems that have been configured in the TM server.
- Click Submit.
