- Login with an administration account into the TM system you want to deactivate.
- Navigate to Administration View -> TM_System_Configuration.
- Click tab Other.
- Change the System Status parameter to Suspended.
Trace packets will accumulate in the Tracedata\<system> directory. You will need to monitor disk space to avoid running out of storage capacity.
This choice puts the system in standby mode. New traces transferred to Tracedata\<system> are not processed by DIPAZ and the aging function is deactivated.
- To re-activate the system: Change the System Status parameter to Active.
All trace data files in the Tracedata\<system> folder that have not been processed will be analyzed and aging is enabled again.
