Adequate administrative permissions
- Login to the TM server.
- Double-click icon RTT Trace Manager to start the RTT tool.
- From the RTT Trace Management Tool, go to the Continuous Trace Data File Export Control.
To start file export:
Click Start File Export.
To stop file export:
Click Stop File Export.
- The Refresh button will update the transfer status showing the number of files that have been transferred.
When the Continuous Trace Data File Export is activated, an FTP session will be established, and all continuous trace data files will be transferred to the TM server (Export Host) for offline processing.
Trace Files are transferred from oldest to newest and are deleted from the Telephony Control Server after a successful transfer.
If the FTP connection cannot be established, or fails for any reason, a Communication Alarm will be raised. The connection will be retried periodically until it is established, or the export is manually stopped. Once either of these occurs, the alarm will be cleared.
