There are two installation procedures for TM. A fresh install which installs all components delivered with the TM software package and sets up the TM server with the required system default parameters, and the upgrade procedure which updates the TM software components without resetting system parameters.
You need to have server administrator rights to install TM. Login as the local Administrator or with a user account that has administrator's permission.
Before running the installation, the target system should be set up with .NET framework and FTP server enabled as indicated in the Pre-Installation section.
