Performance monitoring tables maintain 15 counters for each monitored Branch.
In the PM report screen are shown a windows with three graphs for answered, abandoned and errored calls. The window scope can be switched between the 5 selections shown in the 5 traffic kinds below.
There are 15 counters for each branch, 3 PM-counters for each of the 5 traffic kinds below:
All (some of the 4 call groups below)
Originating on-net (invite from phone)
Terminating on-net (invite to phone)
Originating off-net (invite from gateway)
Terminating off-net (invite to gateway)
The PM-Counters are:
(call reached talking state, 200 OK to an invite) (Note that a 3xx (redirection) is not counted as it eventually ends up in one of the 3 other counts)
(= Not-Answered = Cancelled) (calls that are canceled by the calling party, 487-request-terminated) (Note that Alerting (180 or 183) may or may not have occurred before the cancellation)
(The session establishment fails with a 4xx, 5xx,or 6xx error code (except 401(DA) and 486(Busy) xxx(do not disturb) and 487 (cancelled) ) Plus 1 count for Invites with a CallId that only has Invites as associated messages (i.e. Invites without any answers).
Each branch call (which is a Telephony Control Server half call) is grouped into the following 4 classes:
|On-net ||Off-net |
|Originating ||Telephony Control Server receives invite from phone ||Telephony Control Server receives invite from a gateway or SIP trunk |
|Terminating ||Telephony Control Server sends invite to phone ||Telephony Control Server sends invite to a gateway or SIP trunk |
The Percentage is zero if the denominator is zero. It is rounded up to the next integer.
The default Percentage thresholds are:
Parent topic: Branch Performance Data Display
90 for Answered Percentage
10 for Abandoned Percentage
1 for Errored Percentage
