- Switch under Telephony Control Server -> Global Translation and Routing -> Destinations and Routes -> Destinations -> <destination> to the Route Lists tab.
- Decide whether the configured Media servers are to work as reciprocal redundancy or in load balancing:
If the configured Media servers are to work as reciprocal redundancy, select the Prioritized option.
If the configured Media servers are to work in load balancing, leave the Prioritized option untagged.
- Click on Save to copy the entries to the system's database.
