This view displays trace data for the Branch devices configured on the TM server. If no trace data is being generated and/or transferred to the TM system, the message "No data available
" is displayed.
The following trace data are displayed:
Shows A-side and B-side of all branch calls.
Detailed information about SIP Signaling calls.
Allows user to create custom queries to filter out specific data from the available Branch trace data.
Shows Branch debug logs.
To access the Branch view, click on the corresponding "Branch" tab Branch
The Call Association tab under the Branch view will only show data if the calls were made when the network was down and the calls had to be routed through the PSTN. Otherwise, during normal operation of the Branch only data in the SIP Signaling tab will display.
