Three levels of traces can be configured for TM continuous tracing: 24_7_extern, 24_7_min and 24_7.
The following data are traced with each corresponding trace filter:
SIP, CSTA, MGCP signaling messages received and sent by Telephony Control Server
Traces from 24_7_extern plus:
Internal calls from UCE (universal call engine) to Services routines
Internal error and info messages by SIP signaling manager
Internal error messages by CSTA signaling manager
Internal messages between Telephony Control Server IO processes and CSTA and SIP signaling managers and UCE
All Telephony Control Server logs
Traces from 24_7_min plus:
Internal UCE processing mainly interfacing data managers
Internal entry-exit messages by SIPSM
Internal error, warning, detail, entry and exit message by CSTASM
All Telephony Control Server logs.
The two filter modes 24_7 or 24_7_min should be used only when strictly necessary or when directed by the service organization since they may affect the Telephony Control Server performance.
