To do so, press the "+" icon at the top of the Library view. The following options are available for adding documents to the Library view.

|Add File||Opens an Add File dialog that allows you to upload a file from your device to the meeting room. Also contains an option to upload the same file to your Connections "My Files" library.|
|Add Link||Allows you to add a specific URL as a meeting room document that other participants can access.|
When you choose to add a link to the library, you will be presented with a dialog where you can enter a URL. If you leave out http:// or https://, it will be added for you to the URL.
|Create Poll||Allows you to create a poll with a question and a series of answers. There are also options to allow participants to select multiple answers or add comments. The poll can be saved to the library for use later in a meeting or it can be saved and sent to the meeting participants immediately.|
|Take Photo||Take a photo or video using your device, and add it to the meeting room.|
Pressing this option opens a camera window in the meetings application. When you take a photo and choose to use it, the Add File dialog will display so the file can be uploaded.
|Choose from "Photos"||Lets you choose and upload a photo from the photo gallery on the device.|
|Add from "My Files"||Opens a dialog that allows you to choose a file from your Connections "My Files" library and have it transferred over to the meeting room.|
New documents appear in the Library view, sorted by category. If you are a room owner or manager, you can clear the library by tapping the Trash
icon at the top of the Library view. The library can be sorted by "Recent" (newest at the top) or alphabetically. The sorts apply within each category
Adding files to your meeting room
You can add files from your device to the Library view. To do so, press Add Files
then select the file you want to add. A dialog displays with the following information and options:

|File Name||The name of the file.|
|File Size||The size of the file.|
|Date Saved||The date the file was last saved.|
|Add to My Files||Turn On to also save this file to your Connections "My Files" library.|
|Grant Access||Turn On to give participants in the meeting Reader access to this files in your Connections "My Files" library.|
To upload files from other applications on Apple devices, you must use the Open in IBM Meetings
action which copies the file over to the IBM Meetings application space. If you are currently in a meeting you will be prompted to upload the file. If you are not in a room at the time the file will be saved for when you are in a meeting room. If there are no saved files in the IBM Meetings application space then this option will not appear.
Adding documents from Connections
You can add files from your Connections "My Files"
library to your meeting room. To do so, select Add from My Files
. A list of the files stored in your Connections library displays. Select the files you wish to add, then press Add
at the top of the screen. For information on how to enable this functionality, refer to Configuring Files integration with Connections cim93
Connections integration with Connections Meetings requires that the meeting server be configured to support the integration.
