|You can configure a variety of settings for Connections® Meetings from the IBM® Meetings application or from the device settings screen.
Tap the Settings icon in the Connections Meetings client on your device. The client Settings menu contains the following configuration options:

|Meeting Servers||Here you can select an existing server to edit, add a new meeting server, or delete an existing server. |
|Voice and Video||Displays a secondary dialog where you can manage the voice and video settings for Connections Meetings. You can Enable Voice and Video, Enable Voice Only, or Disable Voice and Video support. If some of these settings are not present, then your device does not support voice and/or video. |
You can also manage your data plan usage on the Voice and Video settings screen by allowing voice and video only when connected to Wi-Fi.
Note: The Connections Voice and Video functionality is unable to report your physical location when making emergency calls. During an emergency, you should use a true telephone.
|Conference Number||Enter the conference number you dial for your meetings.|
|Host Code ||Enter the private access code for conference calls that you are the chair of.|
|Participant Code||Enter the public access code that invitees to your conference calls use to join your meetings.|
|Data Plan Usage Reminder||Check this option if you want a reminder when you start tasks that might use a significant amount of your data plan. Examples include participating in a Voice and Video meeting while not being connected to Wi-Fi, or downloading a recording or library document. |
This option is on by default. Users with an unlimited data plan may choose to turn it off so they aren't bothered with the warning messages.
|Display Screen Tips||Helpful screen tips will display the first time you use a new feature. Switch this setting ON if you would like to continue to see these screen tips. |
Tap the Settings icon on your device's main screen to display the Settings menu. In the left panel, tap IBM Meetings
. The Settings menu contains the following configuration options:

|Logging Level||Set the logging level from problem reporting. Options include:
|Participant Images||Set whether to display participant images (can be turned off to increase performance).|
|Discussion Images||Set whether to display images in the Discussion view (can be turned off to increase performance).|
|About||Tap to see additional information about the IBM Connections Meetings application.|
|Acknowledgements||Tap to display the acknowledgements|
