The table below describes the features and context of each item in the menu.
The Scheduled Meetings view has two tabs, Room Info (which displays the information in the following table) and Event Details (covered in the next table).
Table 1. Meeting Room Information
|Room Name||Displays the name of the room if it has been assigned a nickname. If the room does not have a nickname, this field is not present and the title of the dialog is the room name.|
|Room Owner||The owner of the room.|
|Meeting URL ||URL used to access the meeting room. |
Touch the icon to the right of the URL to copy it to your clipboard. You can then paste it in a mail message, chat, or anywhere else.
|Security||Provides details on whether room is password protected, hidden, and has managed access.|
|Active Participants||The number of users currently in the room.|
|Last Accessed||The last time the room was accessed by any user.|
|Voice and Video||Meeting rooms can be provisioned with Audio/Video capability. If this is the case, you will see the Voice and Video.|
|Call-in Information||Information for calling in to the meeting from a telephone. Displays only if it was entered when the room was created.|
Touch the icon to the right of the Call-in Information to copy it to your clipboard. You can then paste it in a mail message, chat, or anywhere else.
The Scheduled Meetings view has an additional tab of information called Event Details, which includes the following information:
Only the Event Details information is displayed for Conference Call Only meetings.
Table 2. Event Details Information
|Location||Shows where the meeting will take place.|
|From ||Identifies the meeting chair.|
|Invitees ||Displays a list of all invited participants of the meeting.|
|Alert||Indicated how long before the meeting time a user will be reminded about the calendar event.|

|Notes||Displays the main meeting notes and description. |
You can take various actions on the meeting room through the device's Options menu. The table below describes the features and context of each item in the Room Details view's options menu:
Some of the following menus are only available when displaying the room information from the My Rooms or Search List. In addition, none of the following menus are available for Conference Call Only meetings.
Table 3. Room Details Menu
|View Recordings||Displays the recordings for this room. For more information, refer to Managing recordings on your Android device.|
|Add/Edit Nickname||If the meeting room does not have a nickname, you can give it one using the Add Nickname button. If it already has a nickname, you can edit it using the Edit Nickname button.|
Nicknames are displayed in the title bar and in the various rooms view. The real name of the meeting is displayed in the content area.
|Edit||Allows you to edit the meeting room's settings, including:
Note: The only setting that can be changed in IBM SmartCloud rooms is the password. The room name is always an ID that was assigned when the user was provisioned. SmartCloud rooms are not hidden and they are managed by default.

- Voice and Video settings
- Security settings
- Call-in information
|Share Room Info||Share meeting room information using one of your other applications, such as email. If the room is password protected you will be asked if you want to include the room password along with the information that is shared. |
|Delete||Allows you to delete the meeting room.|
You can tap the Copy icon next to the Meeting URL or Call-in information to copy those pieces of information to your clipboard. You can also add the meeting room to your favorites list from this screen by tapping the star icon, or tap the share icon to share the room's meeting information with other users.
