To view your list of recordings, select My Recordings
from the left sidebar on the main screen of the iPad, or from the More menu on an iPhone. A list displays of all the recordings for rooms that you own, including both private and public rooms. And if you have no recordings, a message indicates that.
Each recording is contained within a different row on the list, and contains the following information:
- Name of recording with extension (.mov or .wmv)
- The date the recording was made
- The name of the meeting room
- The file size of the recording
- An indication whether or not the recording is from a public meeting room
Tapping any recording from the list displays the following dialog options:
Table 1. Recording options
|Open||Download and play back the recording inside the meetings application. This option is only available for QuickTime (.mov) recordings.|
|Open in...||Download and open the recording file in another application|
|Copy Link||Copy the server link for this recording to the clipboard.|
|Mark Public/Private||Mark the recording either private or public.|
|Remove||Delete the recording.|
You can also view recordings associated with a particular room by selecting the room actions and settings icon at the top right of the meeting room itself. As the owner of the room you would see a list of public and private recordings. Non-managers would only see public meetings and would only be able to open or copy the link for the recording.
If a recording is in progress while viewing the My Recordings list, the state will be indicated with the message Recording...
. If a recording is in process while you are in a meeting room, a red dot will appear at the top of the screen.
Downloading a recording on your device may require the use of a great deal of data. Connect with Wi-Fi to avoid using your data plan while viewing a recording.
