The e-mail address was not contained in the Directory Info. If the user did not log in via e-mail address the meeting client will not work.
The meeting client standardizes on e-mail address to provide key meeting services. Without a valid e-mail address the client cannot determine the appropriate policy and configuration to use.
Report this error to the administrator to validate that the Business Card service is configured to provide an e-mail address for users in the Community. Alternatively, upgrade the meeting server to 8.5.2.
