To do so, perform the following procedure:
- Select the "+" icon at the top right or the My Rooms view.
- Enter the meeting room information:

|Room Name||Enter a name for the meeting room.|
|Hidden Room||Select whether the meeting room will be a hidden room. Hidden meeting rooms do not display in search results, and are only accessible by invitation.|
|Managed Access||Select if the meeting room will have managed access. Users cannot join managed rooms until the room owner or manager has joined.|
|Room Password||Enter a password for the room, if desired. Meeting room passwords are optional.|
|Repeat Password||Reenter the password for verification.|
The new room will display in your My Room view. You can favorite rooms by selecting the star icon to the left of their name.
Users cannot create meeting rooms on the IBM SmartCloud
™ server from the device.
Guest users cannot create meeting rooms. This means if you set yourself as a guest when you configured the server, you will not have the authority to create rooms on that server.
