The following options exist for listing meeting rooms, and are found in the left sidebar on the main screen on an iPad, and along the bottom for an iPhone:
Shows all meeting events from the device calendar for the current and next day that have valid meeting room URLs in the body of the event. Tapping the Calendar icon next to the meeting event displays the calendar details associated with the entry. Favorite Rooms
Lists any meeting rooms you have previously marked as Favorites. In addition, the sort order of the favorite rooms can be arranged by pressing the Edit button on the Favorite Rooms title bar. You can designate a meeting room as a favorite by selecting the star icon to the left of its name.Recent Rooms
Lists the meeting rooms you have joined recently. The second line of the list displays the room owner and the meeting server where the room resides. In addition, the sort order of this list is fixed with the most recently joined meeting at the top.My Rooms
Parent topic: Getting started on your Apple device
Lists the meeting rooms for the selected server for which you are the owner or manager. The second line of the room list item displays the room owner and the number of participants in the room at the time of the query. If there are no participants in the room, this information is not shown. This list is sorted alphabetically.
If only one server is configured, there is no capability to change it. If there are multiple servers configured, there will be a drop down menu at the top of the view showing the current default server. Pressing this button displays a list of configured servers. When the user selects a different server, the client initiates a search for rooms owned and managed on the new server and displays them.
If you receive a warning that "The security certificate for this server is not valid" when trying to access the My Rooms view, then the server you are trying to access uses an untrusted SSL certification. To access this server, either turn on the Allow Untrusted SSL option in the Settings menu (refer to Configuring Sametime Meetings for Apple devices
for more information) or have the administrator for the server secure it with a valid certification.
