, live text is chat window and chat history text that displays as underlined. When you hover your mouse over the underline, a list of options (widgets) displays. Each option carries out an action against the live text.
For example, chat text in a chat window might include a postal code that is underlined. When you hover your cursor over the postal code, one option that displays might open a weather website for the area in that postal code.
comes with some live text widgets that let you chat with, call, and open chat history for a person whose name displays in chat window or chat history text. Your administrator might make other widgets available to you in your Sametime
Connect client or you might be able to install one or more widgets to your client.
