You can participate in a chat room, leave it, and then return with the option of seeing some or all history of the discussion that has taken place in that chat room. You can also set up alerts so that you are notified when the chat rooms of interest to you have active participants, unread messages, or when specific words that you identify are mentioned. Create chat room FAQs based on these online discussions to develop a valuable body of knowledge for your organization.
There are two ways to find and work with chat rooms:

You can also access and search for chat rooms using chat rooms in a web browser.
If you are using a browser, be sure to log in to find all the chat rooms to which you have access.
Which chat rooms you can view, join, and work with depends on your access rights to each chat room. The chat room owner or managers determine access rights. The person who creates a chat room specifies the chat room owner and what invitees can do in the chat room.
