If you encounter problems while using the Sametime Meetings Viewer, you can easily send your log files to IBM support for help.
You should first set your desired logging level. Tap the iPad Settings application on your iPad screen, and then the entry for ST Meetings in the left scroll bar. From here, tap the Logging Level button to choose one of the following options:

|Errors||The log will collect error notices only. This is the default setting.|
|Warnings||The log will collect warning notices only.|
|Informational||The log will collect informational messages only.|
|Debug||The log will collect debug information only.|
|All||The log will collect all the above notices.|
Once your desired logging level is set, recreate the problem and then send the error report to IBM support as outlined below:
- From the Sametime Meetings application, tap the cog icon of the Meeting Servers button.
- Tap the information icon at the bottom right.
- Tap the Send Logs button. The application creates a new mail message, with the logs for your application attached. Add any other notes you wish to include, and send the message to IBM support.
