While displaying a room list (Favorite Rooms, Recent Rooms, or My Rooms, or Search Results), the blue Detail disclosure
icon can be used to display information about the selected room.
The table below describes the features and context of each item in the menu.
Table 1. Table of Meeting Room Information
|Room Owner||The owner of the room.|
|URL for Browser Access ||URL used to access the room from an internet browser. |
|URL for iPad||URL used to access the room from a supported mobile device.|
|Call-in Information||Information for calling in to the meeting from a telephone. Displays only if it was entered when the room was created.|
|Password||Indicates whether a user is required to enter a password before joining the room. |
|Active Users||The number of users currently in the room.|
|Last Accessed||The last time the room was accessed by any user.|
You can also add the meeting room to your favorites list from this screen. Tap the star icon at the top left of the room information menu.
