Each meeting room you set up can be associated with one of the service providers available to your organization. Often, a service provider is a company that hosts or provides back-end computers and services to other companies or individuals. For the IBM
® software, it can also be an option that provides the telephone number and passcode that everyone joining the meeting room uses to manually call in to the meeting.
- Open the Service Providers preferences.
|If the meeting room opens in a:||Do this:|
|Sametime window||Click File -> Preferences.|
|web browser||File -> Preferences and then click the plus sign (+) beside Sametime in the navigator.|
- Click Voice and Video -> Service Providers in the navigator.
- Click New and enter the call-in information that you want to use for the audio call for this meeting room.
- Click OK.
This new service provider option now appears in the list of service providers available for new meeting rooms that you create or when you change the service provider associated with an existing meeting room.
