Any meeting participant can invite additional participants to join a meeting in progress. You do this by inviting others to join the meeting room in which the meeting is taking place.
From the online meeting, invite those you want to join:

|Sametime® window||In the meeting room Participants list, click , type the names of the online individuals you want to invite, and then click Send. Or, drag names from your contact list directly into the meeting room.|
Note: To invite someone who is not online, click Room Tools -> View Room Information and copy the web address (URL) to the meeting room and send it to them.
|Web browser||Click Room Tools -> View Room Information, copy the web address (URL) to the meeting room, and send it the individuals you want to invite.|
For meeting rooms that open in a Sametime
window, once an invitee accepts the invitation, they become meeting room participants.
