If this feature is available to you, you can see the title, chair's name, and location for each of the meetings you have scheduled in your IBM
® Lotus Notes
® or Microsoft
® Outlook calendar. In addition, if the scheduled meeting does not already have a meeting room associated with it, you can create one and invite others to join it.
You can see your scheduled meetings from the IBM Sametime
® Connect or IBM Lotus Notes Sametime Meetings
panel. You can not see them if you are using the Sametime
meeting room center.
- Select the scheduled meeting whose information you want to see.

|IBM Sametime Connect||Click the Sametime Meetings panel and then click to select Scheduled Meetings.|
|IBM Lotus Notes||Click the Sametime Meetings panel in the sidebar and then click to select Scheduled Meetings.|
Your meetings scheduled for today and tomorrow display.
- Right-click a scheduled meeting (or Cmd + click for Macintosh) and then click View Meeting Information.
Click a scheduled meeting and then click Meeting Room
to enter the meeting room for this scheduled meeting. If no meeting room exists, click Meeting Room
to create a meeting room for this scheduled meeting and invite those whose names appear in the calendar entry to join.
